Let’s make classic seasonal gingerbread, bake it until crisp and golden, then decorate with fondant and piped icing. Maybe a few shiny balls and a suspicion of edible glitter, too! ✨ The little ones will love a tree decoration they can eat, assuming it stays on the tree long enough.

What you’ll learn

I’ll show you how to make beautiful buttery gingerbread with that warm kick of ginger, then personalise your decorations with fondant and piped icing.

On the menu

• A dozen gingerbread decorations, decorated by you and tied with festive ribbon, ready to hang on your tree.

What’s included 🎁

Ingredients, recipes and packaging are all provided, so you can take your finished decorations home.
