I've spent decades developing dishes, teams and their kitchen skills. I never tire of seeing nervous beginners transform into genuinely confident cooks.
It's what led me to build my own nationally recognised cookery school. It's still the best thing I've done in my career.
I want to bring all of that experience, those techniques, the hacks, and encouragement straight into your kitchen.
