Join me for two hours of festive baking and decorating, with a dozen beautifully finished cupcakes to take home and share with family and friends.

What you’ll learn

I’ll show you how to get the most out of your cake batter, prevent it splitting and get that lovely lift on your cakes. While they bake, I’ll demonstrate the tangerine buttercream and brandy snaps, before we move on to piping and finishing skills.
