Imagine this: it's Thursday evening, your ready for a bit of prep, to make the kitchen smell amazing, and you're cooking in great company. That's Thursday Tea with Me and our cooking community — a live, 1-hour online cook-along where we explore the world through food, one week at a time.
Each week we'll cook a main course and sides together, drawing from a rich variety of cultures, cuisines, and seasons. From fresh Vietnamese summer rolls filled with prawns, to wholesome one pots in the autumn with roasted roots. There's always something new to discover and something delicious to eat.
Whether you are new to the kitchen or a bit more used to it, we'll learn together!

- Book your spot and you'll receive your link, shopping list, and recipe ahead of Thursday.
- Gather your ingredients and get set beforehand.
- Join me in the kitchen at 6pm every Thursday — and let's cook!
Food is one of the best ways to connect with each other and the wider world. Come as you are, we'll cook at a steady pace, and leave with some new favourite flavours and maybe a friend or two.
