- A whole pork fillet, carefully trimmed, prepared into 3 different cuts
- Potatoes ready to cook 'parmentier' style and trimmings for mash
- A cured finely cut 'slaw
A sharp knife and the confidence to use it well will transform the way you cook. In this hands-on online session, you'll learn the techniques that professional chefs rely on every single day — and you'll put them straight into practice making a delicious meal.
What You'll Prepare
I'll show you how to carefully trim a whole pork fillet and take 3 different cuts from it. Together we'll also make a cured coleslaw and prep parmentier potatoes — a menu designed to give you real, practical knife work from start to finish.
